Order Processing and Delivery
All orders are processed during Mondays to Fridays, from 8AM to 3:30PM (+08:00GMT). Orders received within this period will be processed and delivered within the same day. Orders received after 3:30PM will be processed and delivered the following day.

Shipping Coverage
At present, Crazy Blooms only ships to Metro Manila.

Product Availability
If the ordered item is readily available from Crazy Blooms, it will be delivered within the same day of order processing. If, however, the ordered item or any of its components is unavailable, the customer will be notified through phone or email. The course of action varies from case to case. In case the ordered color of the flower or bouquet is unavailable, Crazy Blooms will automatically replace the order with the color closest to its kind. If the order is out of stock, the customer will be notified and he will be asked to either choose another bouquet or cancel his transaction. Should the customer decide to cancel his transaction, his payment will be refunded to his account.

Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled if the ordered item is unavailable and has not been processed for delivery. In cases of order cancellations, the customer's payment will be refunded to his PayEasy account.

If a customer has made an order by mistake, he must immediately notify Crazy Blooms through email (info@crazyblooms.net) or telephone (+632-848-2606). If, however, the order has already been processed for delivery, the order cancellation can no longer take place.

Package reshipment
Package reshipments may be necessary in the following scenarios:
1.Customer provided the wrong delivery address, and as such, the address may not exist or the address and recipient do not match
2.Absence of recipient or recipient's representative to claim the product upon delivery
3.Refusal of recipient to claim the delivery

Because the items sold in Crazy Blooms are perishable goods, the customer's transaction will not be refunded should any of the aforementioned cases happen. In any case, should any of the 3 conditions happen, the item will simply be delivered to the customer. If the customer has provided a false address, the item will be returned to Crazy Blooms.
